What are the subscription plans?
There are two subscription plans.
- Monthly Recordings Subscription: The monthly recordings subscription provides access to all of Joel’s class recordings for $9.99 per month. Your subscription is automatically renewed each month on the day of the month that you first subscribed.
- Monthly Transcripts Subscription: If you have a monthly recordings subscription, you can add the monthly transcripts subscription for an additional $5.00 per month. This subscription provides access to all transcripts of the recordings. The transcripts subscription is automatically renewed each month on the day of the month that you first subscribed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and payment through PayPal.
When will I be charged?
The first month’s subscription is charged at the time you subscribe. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same day of each subsequent month.
Can I subscribe if I live outside the United States?
Yes, the Streaming Service is available in every country that allows international Internet access and is not selectively blocking websites.
Do I have to provide a mailing address?
You do not have to provide your mailing address to the Streaming Service. Your credit card company may require your address to confirm payment details, but the Streaming Service collects and saves only your first and last name, username, and email address.
How do I update my account information or credit card information?
You can update information on your My Account page.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password on your My Account page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We trust that you will find the Streaming Service so valuable that you will not want to cancel. However, should you choose to end your subscription, you can do so from your Account page. Click on Subscriptions, then click on “Cancel” or “Pause” at the bottom right side of the subscription form.
Can I purchase a gift subscription to the Streaming Service?
Yes. One-month, two-month, and three-month gift subscriptions can be purchased from The Infinite Way Office by using this link to the Joel S. Goldsmith Streaming Service page. Within 24 hours after you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with two ways for you to notify your gift recipient:
- A printable, foldable card that you can send by postal mail to the recipient. The card includes a coupon code and instructions for using the code to access the Streaming Service.
- A PDF gift notification document that you can attach to an email that you send to the recipient. This gift notification also includes the coupon code and instructions for using it.
BOTH the printable card AND the PDF document will be attached to the email that you receive, so that you can choose which one you want to use.
The gift period begins on the day that the recipient uses the coupon code to subscribe.
